Το θέατρο στην υπηρεσία της επιχειρηματικής ηγεσίας: Leadership Studio

Σε ποιο βαθμό οι τεχνικές θεάτρου μπορούν να συνεισφέρουν στην καλλιέργεια ηγετικών δεξιοτήτων σε επιχειρηματικό περιβάλλον;
Το θεατρικό εργαστήριο “Leadership Studio” είναι ένα πιλοτικό εγχείρημα που οργανώνεται για πρώτη φορά στην Ελλάδα σε συνεργασία με ηγέτες επιχειρήσεων του Δικτύου Νέων Επιχειρηματιών Κορινθίας/Corinthian Cluster, τη Βασιλική Σχολή Δράματος και Λόγου Central της Μεγάλης Βρετανίας και το Τμήμα Κοινωνικής και Εκπαιδευτικής Πολιτικής του Πανεπιστημίου Πελοποννήσου με έδρα την Κόρινθο.
Θεατρικό παιχνίδι, μυθόδραμα, τεχνικές μεγάλων δασκάλων της δραματικής τέχνης, όπως ο Stanislavski και ο Meisner συνδυάζονται με άλλες εφηρμοσμένες τέχνες και θεωρίες επιχειρηματικής οργάνωσης σε ένα διαδραστικό εργαστήριο δημιουργικότητας και καινοτομίας.

Θα πρέπει να είστε 21 έως 38 ετών και να λειτουργείτε τη δική σας επιχείρηση για τουλάχιστον 3 έτη! Επίσης, απαραίτητα προϋπόθεση είναι να έχετε διάθεση ενεργής συμμετοχής κατά τη διάρκεια του σεμιναρίου, μιας και θα είναι εντελώς βιωματικό!

What is the Leadership Studio?
This is a pilot training course with the main purpose to enhance leadership skills for young entrepreneurs via the use of applied arts, with emphasis on theatre and design.
Who is involved?
The course is designed by Chryssi Tzanetou (http://bit.ly/1MZI15D), as part of her research study to explore the use of applied arts, and theatre to enhance leadership skills in an entrepreneurial context
The research is undertaken under the auspices of the Royal Central School of Speech and Drama, of the University of London, a unique drama conservatory and only one of two in the UK, which has been given a royal accreditation in partnership with the Corinthian Cluster of Entrepreneurs.

– Develop new and/or enhance leadership skills in business context
Outline of the course:
The course will include interactive workshops sessions which will be undertaken on Saturday, September 12 in Corinth
Each workshop session will combine the latest theories from organisational development, theatre and design to apply creativity, leadership and innovation in different business scenarios. The methodology of the workshops will be based on mythodrama, a unique theatre approach focussing on constructing and acting out future scenarios.
Participants role:
– Up to 12 participants in each workshop
– Participants will have to commit to be involved in all workshop sessions
– Participants will be asked to actively reflect and evaluate throughout the sessions
Participants criteria for selection:
– Geographical balanced representation from urban and rural setting of Corithia
– Balanced gender representation
– Minimum of 3 years of active business operation
– Age between 21-38
